Chris Lamond, Executive Director
Chris Lamond brings significant experience in developing, implementing and managing government relations strategies to the role of Executive Director of the CME Coalition.
Mr. Lamond has built a career designing and leading Washington-based industry coalitions. With a focus on disciplined management, Mr. Lamond has helped numerous groups of varied companies and interests work collaboratively and efficiently to establish a lasting beachhead in the Nation's capital from which to advance their shared policy agendas.
Mr. Lamond's government experience includes working for U.S. Senator Fred Thompson (R-TN) and the U.S. Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. Mr. Lamond joined Senator Thompson in 1994 and served on the Senator's personal staff in a number of legislative roles before moving to the Committee on Governmental Affairs when Senator Thompson became committee chairman in 1997.
Mr. Lamond received a B.A. in Political Science from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.

Andrew Rosenberg, Senior Advisor
Andy Rosenberg brings 20 years of experience as a lobbyist, Capitol Hill staffer and former congressional candidate to the CME Coalition.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rosenberg has counseled a wide range of corporations, trade associations and non-profits on strategic matters involving public policy.
Prior to entering the private sector, Mr. Rosenberg spent several years working on Capitol Hill. He served on the committee (Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions) and personal staffs of Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA). In the years since, Mr. Rosenberg established himself as a highly respected and effective Democratic lobbyist, focusing the majority of his practice in the area of health policy.
Prior to co-founding Thorn Run Partners in January 2010, Mr. Rosenberg led the health policy practice at Ogilvy Government Relations and before that, was a member of the health policy group at Patton Boggs LLP.
Mr. Rosenberg received his bachelors of arts in History and Russian Studies at Amherst College, and obtained his masters degree in Urban and Environmental Planning, as well as his law degree, at the University of Virginia.
